Oh my Plush offers 2 services:Courier to your door across SA and Pudo Locker

Courier To Door Service – This will use an external courier service, with delivery nationwide to your door for your convenience at a flat rate of R99.00 for any order size . Note that Oh My Plush uses a completely independent courier service and has no control over delivery time frames. Expect the courier to take 36-72 hours as an estimated delivery time. Remote Area Delivery is available (Expect up to 24 hours of delay) .

Pudo Locker Service – Sends to your closest Pudo locker according to the address you provide at checkout – When your package arrives at a Pudo locker, you will receive a text message and an e-mail with a unique PIN and QR code. You can use either of these at the Pudo locker to make your collection. From the moment you receive the notification stating your package has arrived at one of the Pudo lockers, you will have 36 hours to pick up your package. If you don’t pick up your package within the deadline, it will be sent to the closest Pudo Kiosk/Depot.

Returns Policy – Some items are pre-loved, these go through a quality test, thereafter we bring you only the best. Returns are available, Refunds are credit-based. All returns will occur within 48 hours, and credit refunds will occur within 3 working days. Credit Refunds are not allocated, if the buyer is at fault, Credit is only allocated if the product is damaged upon delivery, with proof thereof. As stated some items are pre-loved and may show small ware signs. We do quality checks on all items before dispatching.
