  • EFT Payments – You can make direct payments to Oh My Plush’s bank account via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
  • RCS Store Card – Pay using any RCS store card, including cards from Cape Union Mart, Old Khaki, Poetry, Tread + Miller, Galaxy, NWJ, Coricraft, The Busby Group (VIP Fashion Store Card), Verimark, Supa Quick, Sunglass Hut, and Contempo.

Easy Delivery & Returns

We offer two reliable delivery options:

  • Courier To Door Service: Nationwide delivery at a flat rate of R99.00 for any order size.
  • Pudo Locker Service: Affordable delivery to your closest Pudo locker from R59.00.

Yes, you can! We partner with reputable external courier services with Courier Guy to ensure timely and safe delivery of your order. While we don’t have direct control over delivery times, we carefully select reliable services. If any issues arise, we are always available to assist you. Our Courier To Door Service uses an independent courier service to deliver directly to your address. Delivery typically takes 36-72 hours. If you are in a remote area, please allow up to an additional 24 hours for delivery.

The Pudo Locker Service delivers your package to a Pudo locker near you, based on the address provided during checkout. You will receive a text and an email with a unique PIN and QR code to collect your package. Once notified, you have 36 hours to pick up your parcel. If not collected, it will be sent to the nearest Pudo Kiosk/Depot.

If you do not collect your package within the 36-hour window, it will be sent to the nearest Pudo Kiosk or Depot for safekeeping. You can arrange to collect it from there. Please note that if the parcel needs to be rebooked for delivery to the locker, you will be responsible for the cost of this rebooking.

Returns are only allowed if the items you received are defective or damaged,We quality-check all pre-loved items before shipping. If your product is damaged upon delivery (With proof thereof), you can easily return it within 48 hours, and we will provide a refund within 3 working days. Please note that refunds are only processed if the damage is from our side, and pre-loved items may show minor wear due to their nature

To process a return, contact us at sales@ohmyplush.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your item. Make sure to provide proof of any damage or defects. We will guide you through the return process and issue a credit refund once the return is approved
