Delivery
• Nationwide Delivery Available (South Africa) costing a flat rate of R99.00 nationwide any size.
• Note that Oh My Plush uses a completely independent courier service and has no control over delivery time frames. Expect courier to take 36-72 hours as an estimated delivery time.
• Pudo locker option sends to your closest Pudo locker according to the address you provide at checkout – When your package arrives at a pudo locker, you will receive a text message and an e-mail with a unique PIN and QR code. You can use either one of these at the pudo locker to make your collection.
• From the moment you receive the notification stating your package has arrived at one of the pudo lockers, you will have 36 hours to pick up your package. If you don’t pick up your package within the deadline, it will be sent to the closest pudo Kiosk/Depot.
• Remote Area delivery available at the flat rate cost of R99.00 (Expect delivery times to take 24 hours longer)
• Free pick-up from Benoni (Arrangements to be made prior to collection)

Refunds & Exchanges
• Returns are available , Refunds are credit based . All returns take place within 48 hours ,credit refunds will take place within 3 working days. Credit Refunds are not allocated , if the buyer is at fault , Credit is only allocated if the product is damaged upon delivery , with proof thereof.
• Some items are pre-loved,these go through a quality test,thereafter we bring you only the best. – If the product you receive is significantly not as described, damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you may report the issue to us, within 48 Hours from the date of purchase. Please see “Buyer Protection” section for further information.
